If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your returned item to ensure efficient processing.
Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
